Dua Lipa is an English artist/singer from London United Kingdom on August 22nd, 1995. The singer-songwriter signed with Warner Bros Records in 2014 after she was a model and launched her self-titled debut album in the year 2017. The album reached number three on the U.K. Albums Chart and produced eight singles, including Be The One I.D.G.A.F as well as the U.K. top-ranked song New Rules which peaked at sixth on the charts in the United States. The album, which is now been certified Platinum in various countries around the world, won her two Brit Awards (in the year 2018) in the categories of British Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Artist. Dua Lipa was born in London in the UK by Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa rexha (mother) and Dukagjin Lilipa (father). Her parents are of Kosovo Albanian descent.
